SoundVolumeView is a professional volume management tool designed to help users quickly and precisely control audio levels on their system. Software Description
SoundVolumeView requires no installation process or additional DLL files. To get started, simply run the executable file SoundVolumeView.exe.
After launching SoundVolumeView, the main window displays all audio components detected on your system. There are three types of items: Devices, Subunits, and Application Volumes.
For each item, the current volume level is shown as a percentage. For devices and subunits, the volume is also displayed in decibels (dB). For subunits (such as individual audio channels), volume levels are shown separately for each channel (e.g., left and right), allowing for fine-tuned control.
How to Use
Keyboard Shortcuts:
Mute – F7
Unmute – F8
Toggle Mute/Unmute – F9
Decrease Volume by 1% – Ctrl + 1
Increase Volume by 1% – Ctrl + 2
Decrease Volume by 5% – Ctrl + 3
Increase Volume by 5% – Ctrl + 4
Decrease Volume by 10% – Ctrl + 5
Increase Volume by 10% – Ctrl + 6
These shortcuts allow for quick, keyboard-driven volume adjustments without needing to open system settings or use hardware controls—ideal for power users, streamers, or anyone who needs precise and rapid audio management.
