NetBalancer is a powerful local network traffic control and monitoring software, primarily used for managing and monitoring local network traffic. Even when your download manager or torrent client is downloading large files from the Internet, NetBalancer allows you to comfortably browse and perform any other Internet activities on your PC. It supports setting upload and/or download speed limits on a per-application basis, and enables blocking all network traffic for selected processes, effectively controlling the upload and download speeds of each process or application.
Function Overview
1. Priorities and Limits
Set download and upload network priorities or speed limits for any process.
2. Automation Support
Enable full automation using various command-line commands and a Web API.
3. Rules and Filters
Define detailed traffic rules and filters for maximum control.
4. Synchronization
Synchronize computers using the NetBalancer Service and control them from a web-based control panel.
5. Password Security
Protect all settings and priorities with a password to prevent unauthorized changes.
6. Process Monitoring
Display all system processes along with their download and upload speeds, down to the connection level.
7. View History
Access detailed download and upload traffic history for any process since NetBalancer was first installed.
8. System Tray and Toolbar
Display network traffic and other information in the system tray icon or toolbar.
9. IPv6 Support
NetBalancer offers native IPv6 support for rules and filters.
10. Tags and Batch Commands
Apply tags to your computers and use batch commands (as in Pro version) to manage them.
11. Various Traffic Charts and Statistics
View detailed network traffic graphs and statistical data.
12. Traffic Encryption
All components in our system are encrypted: web traffic, synchronization traffic, all internal traffic, passwords, and communications—everything is encrypted and hashed using TLS and SHA2 for maximum security.
Software Highlights
1. Monitor and limit unwanted traffic using DPI (Deep Packet Inspection)
With deep packet inspection, you can block BitTorrent traffic, restrict Steam applications, and assign higher network priority to browsers or games.
2. Control traffic via priorities and rules
Control every aspect of network traffic on your PC through deep packet inspection (DPI), priorities, and time-based rules.
3. Manage Traffic
Take control of all aspects of traffic on your computer. Set advanced rules and filters, adjust network priorities for running processes, and perform numerous other operations across your computer or groups of computers using tags.
