Quick start
- Download MailStore Home from the official site and choose “Portable” during setup if desired.
- Launch the program, click “Archive E-mail”, select your provider and enter the address/password.
- Hit “Start” – MailStore downloads everything (or only mail older than X days) and de-duplicates attachments automatically.
- Use “Search” or browse “My Archive”; double-click any result to open it in your default mail client.
- When you need space, tick “Delete from server after successful archive” and let MailStore clean the online mailbox for you.
