Highly convenient and efficient, it features a clean interface with intuitive layout and simple operation, making it an excellent utility for improving productivity in multi-computer environments.

Key Features

• Seamless clipboard sharing between multiple computers

• Support for multi-monitor setups

• End-to-end data transmission encryption for enhanced security

• Integrated screen locking via Win+L shortcut

• Full support for secure attention sequences like Ctrl+Alt+Del

• Ability to open files from the host machine on connected client machines

Usage Guide

Note: Input Director requires all computers to be connected within the same local area network (LAN).

The software operates using a host-client model:

① The computer connected to the keyboard and mouse is designated as the Host.

② The computer(s) being controlled remotely, without their own input devices, are designated as Client(s).

Both the host and client machines must have Input Director installed and properly configured.

Host Configuration

1. Launch Input Director and select the "Host Configuration" option.

2. Click the "Add" button and enter the IP address of the client machine, then confirm.

Client Configuration

1. On the client machine, select the "Client Configuration" option.

2. Choose the appropriate control mode (e.g., "Allow control from all computers" or "Allow control only from specific hosts").

3. Enter the IP address of the host machine and click "OK".

Establishing Connection

1. Return to the host machine, select the configured client from the list, and click "OK".

2. A prompt will appear on the client machine asking for permission to allow control. Click "Yes" to approve.

3. On the host, click the "Start as Host" button—the connection is now active, and you can begin controlling the client machine by moving your mouse to the edge of the screen.

Input Director is ideal for users managing multiple PCs in home offices, development environments, or digital workstations, offering a cost-effective alternative to hardware KVM switches while maintaining high responsiveness and data security.
