It helps users manage ebooks on their computers easily and efficiently. Simply add books to the software, and you can easily view various information such as title, author, date, rating, publisher, and more. The software can also convert downloaded news articles and magazines into ebook format and sync them to your reading device. Calibre is also format-independent, quickly converting books to your desired format. It supports conversion between more than ten book formats, including EPUB, RB, RTF, FB2, and HTML. Users can edit, add annotations and notes, format, print, search, copy, browse multiple pages, and embed fonts, meeting all reading needs. Calibre Format Conversion Method
1. First, open the Calibre software. If the book you need to convert is not in the list, click the "Add Book" option on the interface to add it to the list. After adding the required books, proceed to the next step;
2. Locate the book you just added in the list. Right-click on the book to bring up a menu bar with options such as Read, Edit, and Remove. Find "Convert Books" and click it. You will see two options: Convert Individually and Batch Convert. Click "Convert Individually" and proceed to the next step;
3. On the Calibre Individually Convert page, there are "Input Format" and "Output Format" options at the top of the interface. You can select the desired output format, as shown in Figure 2. There are multiple output formats to choose from. Then, a column of function options will appear on the right side of the interface, which you can select and configure.
4. After setting up, you can first click the "Debug" option on the right side of the interface to debug. Click the folder icon in the interface to select a folder to place the debug output. Note that during the debugging process, intermediate HTML generated at each stage of the conversion will be output. This HTML can be used as the starting point for manual editing of the conversion.
5. After debugging is complete and there are no problems, you can click the "PDF Output" option on the right side of the interface to enter this interface. You can set some options such as file size, font size, and color. After selecting, click "OK" to start the conversion. The conversion speed is very fast; you just need to wait patiently for a short while.
6. After clicking "OK," the conversion will begin. The interface will return to the Calibre software main interface. There is a "Task" option in the lower right corner of the interface. Clicking it will allow you to view the files being converted. After the conversion is complete, you can find the converted files in the previously set save location.
