AIDA64 Business Edition is a tool for testing software and hardware system information. It is the business version of AIDA64, also known as AIDA64 Business Edition. It can display detailed information about every aspect of a PC. The software's predecessor was EVEREST, which could also provide comprehensive details about all aspects of a PC. Not only does it offer various functions such as assisting with overclocking, hardware diagnostics, stress testing, and sensor monitoring, but it can also comprehensively evaluate the performance of processors, system memory, and disk drives. Currently, it supports all 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft Windows operating systems, including compatibility with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. The software can perform thorough computer diagnostics, helping users understand detailed parameter information about motherboards, operating systems, servers, display devices, multimedia, storage devices, network equipment, and other hardware and software components. It also supports exporting data in plain text, HTML, or MHTML formats. Additionally, the software includes performance testing and update tools such as memory read/write tests, CPU Queen, and BIOS updates, providing users with a complete computer diagnostic solution to better assist engineers in upgrading and using computers.
Software Features
1. CPU, Memory, and Disk Benchmarks
AIDA64 implements a 64-bit benchmark to measure how quickly a computer performs various data processing tasks and mathematical calculations. Memory and cache benchmarks are used to analyze system memory bandwidth and latency. Processor benchmarks utilize MMX, 3DNOW!, and SSE instructions and scale up to 32 processor cores. All benchmarks for traditional processors are also available in the 32-bit version. AIDA64's disk benchmark determines data transfer speeds for hard disk drives, solid-state drives, optical drives, and flash-based devices.
2. Temperature, Voltage, and Fan Monitoring
AIDA64 supports over 150 types of sensor devices to measure temperature, voltage, fan speed, and power consumption. Measured values can be displayed on the system tray icon, OSD panel, sidebar widget, and Logitech G15/G19 gaming keyboard LCD. Values can also be logged to a file or exported to external applications such as RivaTuner or Samurai. AIDA64 can also alert users when it detects overheating, overvoltage, or fan failure.
3. Hardware Diagnostics
AIDA64 offers the most accurate hardware detection capability in its class, providing detailed internal information about a computer without needing to open it. The enhanced hardware detection module is backed by an extensive hardware database containing over 120,000 entries. Additional modules summarize processor frequencies, check the status of CRT and LCD monitors, and perform system stress tests to reveal potential hardware failures and cooling issues.
4. Software and Operating System Analysis
AIDA64 provides over 50 pages of information on installed programs, software licenses, security applications, and Windows settings. It also lists running processes, services, DLL files, startup programs, and accessed web pages.
